Hanoi hosts Feline Fanciers Federation cat show 2025
VOV.VN - The Feline Fanciers Federation (FFF) Cat Show 2025 was held in Hanoi on November 22, drawing nearly 70 cats from across the country.
After a fiercely competitive contest, two British Shorthair stars - Babyray's Blue Cub of Gemmery (blue-gray) and Tulip of Golden Warrior (bicolor) - were crowned champions.
The event featured multiple competition categories for breeding catteries and rare cat breeds, including British Shorthair, Bengal, Ragdoll, Maine Coon, American Shorthair, Cornish Rex, curly-haired breeds, Siberian, Selkirk Rex, Scottish Fold, Munchkin, folded-ear, and long-haired Persian cats.
Contestants competed across four rounds, evaluated by international judges on criteria such as facial features, body structure, weight, friendliness, and social skills.
Nguyen Hoang Tien, Chairperson of the FFF show, said this marks the third time the competition has been held in Vietnam. Beyond celebrating the most beautiful breeding cats, the event aims to bring cats closer to humans as beloved companions in every household.
“Nearly 70 cats competed, with many more visiting the event in a single day. This is a tremendous support, especially as FFF Vietnam made its Hanoi debut,” Tien added.
