VOV.VN - The Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 is taking place at the Tay Ho Creative Cultural Space, offering locals and visitors a rich experience of food and beverages while promoting Hanoi as an attractive destination during the year-end travel season.

Themed Savour Hanoi, the September 17-21 festival featured over 80 booths, showcasing a wide range of offerings, from time-honored beverages like tea, sweet soup, and Hanoi beer, to craft beers and wellness-oriented drinks that reflect current preferences for green and healthy living.
It also acts as a bridge connecting the beverage industry, restaurants, and tourism, helping to foster cooperation and development within the F&B industry.
Visitors have the chance to explore Hanoi’s traditional beverages, regional specialties, creative and international drinks, alongside spaces dedicated to local crafts and cuisine, said Nguyen Tran Quang, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism.
The festival also comprises exciting activities such as bartender shows, mixology workshops, and discussions on F&B industry trends to update and enhance the value of the beverage industry.

A highlight of the festival is the “Taste of Hanoi” culinary space alongside an area dedicated to traditional crafts, offering visitors a refined cultural experience and unique stories about the capital’s cuisine. The artistic check-in zone, adorned with lighting and autumn-themed decorations, creates a lively atmosphere for capturing memorable moments.
Being held for the first time, the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 is envisioned as a journey that bridges past and present, tradition and innovation, while strengthening connections between Hanoi and international communities.
The event strongly promotes the message of sustainable tourism development by encouraging the use of eco-friendly materials and reducing plastic waste, contributing to building Hanoi as a sustainable destination.
