The exhibition features artworks of 17 noted artists, including Duong Sen, Nguyen Phu Hau and Pham Hong Phong, portraying the country’s seas and islands, landscapes and daily activities of people of ethnic groups in mountainous regions.

Notably, visitors to the exhibition can enjoy sketches that were created during the southwest and northern border defence wars.

President Ho Chi Minh (1890-1969) was the founder of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He laid the foundation and led the Vietnamese revolution to victory in the 20th century with the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in 1945.
