The Vietnamese representative was honoured in two categories, namely the Asia flower and garden festival of 2025, as well as the best festival friendly to the environment.

Nguyen Van Son, vice chairman of Da Lat municipal People’s Committee, shared that this recognition not only honours the beauty of Da Lat, but also contributes to promoting the city as a green, friendly, and sustainable tourist destination in the Asian region.

First held in 2005, the Da Lat flower festival was recognised as a flower festival city of Vietnam on June 10, 2009, by the Prime Minister. The event has since developed into a national cultural and tourism festival and has also grown internationally as a unique festival brand of Da Lat.

The Asia Festival City Conference organised by the International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) is an annual meeting dedicated to creating quality Asian festivals which draws overseas travelers from different regions.

10th Da Lat Flower Festival brings in revenue of over VND3.6 trillion
