10th Da Lat Flower Festival brings in revenue of over VND3.6 trillion
VOV.VN - Running with the theme of "Da Lat Flowers - Symphony of Colors", the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival has ended, bringing in a tourism revenue of over VND3.6 trillion to the city.
Upon addressing the closing ceremony, Pham S, vice chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the locality has attracted more than two million visitors through the event, thereby helping the central highland province of Lam Dong to exceed the annual target of 10 million visitors.
These figures prove the attractiveness of the Da Lat Flower Festival, which has opened up a wealth of opportunities for sustainable and comprehensive development of Da Lat - Lam Dong in the integration process, he added.
The new features of this event have significantly contributed to promoting economic, cultural, social, and tourism development for Da Lat - Lam Dong, thereby further elevating the image of the city to both local and international tourists, as well as increasingly positioning the Da Lat brand on the international tourism map, he added.
