Beauty of Ha Long Bay featured in Bond’s latest MV
VOV.VN - A number of iconic sites around the northern province of Quang Ninh, including UNESCO-recognised heritage Hạ Long Bay, have been introduced in the “Victory – Bond in Vietnam” music video (MV) by world renowned string quartet Bond.
Released by Nhan Dan Newspaper and IB Group Vietnam, the MV aims to showcase the rich history, culture, and natural beauty of the country, thereby further contributing to promoting Vietnamese tourism.
In October 2024, over 3,000 spectators attended the Bond Live in Vietnam concert at the National Convention Center, where they enjoyed an extraordinary musical experience. After the performance, the four members of Bond traveled to Quang Ninh to film the Victory - Bond in Vietnam music video on Ha Long Bay, especially at remote islands.
The video features well-known images such as the sunrise over the sea, the life of fishermen in fishing villages, and unique natural landmarks of Ha Long Bay, including the iconic Hon Trong Mai (Fighting Cock Islet), Oan beach, and Mat Rong (Dragon Eyes) Island.
These stunning visuals, paired with the Bond quartet's performance, create a beautiful representation of the world-renowned natural wonder that has been recognized three times by UNESCO.
At the MV launch event, the organising board also showcased the hit to leaders of Quang Ninh province, local airlines, travel corporations, hotels, and tour operators, introducing the images of Ha Long Bay and Vietnam to the world.
Nhan Dan Newspaper, working in collaboration with IB Group Vietnam, also produced the “Going Home” MV performed by Grammy award-winning saxophonist Kenny G. The video was filmed when the musician came to Hanoi in 2023 and was a special musical production to promote tourism.
In the MV, Kenny G led the audience on a trip around Hanoi’s famous landmarks, including Hoan Kiem Lake, Long Bien Bridge, Temple of Literature, and Thang Long Imperial Citadel.
