Vietnam always attaches importance to boosting the friendship and multifaceted cooperation with the Middle East- North Africa, top Vietnamese diplomat has said.

Vietnam Law Day (November 9) will be observed nationwide for the first time from November 4-10 to raise public sense of respecting and abiding by the Constitution and the law.
