Philippines to maintain status quo in East Sea

Philippine Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana has announced Manila will maintain the status quo in the East Sea.

Delfin made the disclosure before the House committee on appropriations during a hearing on the defense budget for 2017.

He said Manila would not make a show of strength in the waters.
