National mourning continues in Thailand
Thais nationwide are mourning the death of their beloved King as many are still in tears.
In Lampang, local residents and officials gathered in front of the provincial city hall to pay their respects to the deceased monarch. They also signed a book of condolence. The city hall is open to the public every day from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
In Chai Nat, civil servants and members of the general public took part in a religious ceremony offering food to 90 Buddhist monks. The ceremony was undertaken to make merit for the Late King.
