Malaysia to reform cabinet

Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak on May 15 announced that a cabinet reform will take place soon in an attempt to fulfill current needs and fill up vacancies.

In Sarawak state election last week, the 61-year-old Douglas was elected to the sate assembly and he was appointed as Minister of Modernisation of Agriculture and Rural Economy and the First Deputy Chief Minister of the Sarawak on May 13
Meanwhile, Deputy Minister Noriah Kason and five other people were killed in a helicopter accident in Sebuyau on May 5.
