Vietnamese market welcomes MICE tourists from Europe
VOV.VN - The Saigon Travel Service Company (Saigontourist) welcomed European tourists on February 20 joining a MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) tour to the nation.
During the course of their 14-day trip the group will visit notable sightseeing spots across the country, including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Ha Long, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and My Tho, in addition to discovering local culture, history, and the daily lives of residents.
The 20-member European delegation are mostly made up of French and Belgian nationals. The group will hold meetings with some local organisations such as the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), the Belgium-Vietnam Friendship Association, the Vietnam Women's Union, and the Vietnam Association of Agent Orange Victims (VAVA).
Saigontourist has served many international delegations visiting the country by air and sea from the Asian, European, Australian, and American markets.
Most notably, in January the travel company welcomed six delegations made up of American, French, German, and Swiss nations who participated in a nine-day trip by river from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, Cai Be, Vinh Long, Sa Dec, and Chau Doc.
From February 25 to February 26, around 3,500 travelers from the UK, the United States, and Australia will dock at Nha Trang Port to enjoy a tour on route from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City.
