Vietnam tourism attends ITB Berlin

VOV.VN -This year, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism is leading a contingent of 60 companies from the tourism segment at ITB Berlin, the world’s largest tourism trade expo.

This year’s edition of ITB Berlin in the capital of Germany runs March 8-12, with the first three days of the event reserved for travel and trade professionals.

The expo has attracted an estimated 10,000 exhibitors from 187 countries and is expected to welcome roughly 60,000 visitors.

Participants from Vietnam describe the fair as a must-attend event as it allows organizations to showcase their destinations, products and services to the global marketplace.

At the event, Vietnam tourism is manning a 200-square metre booth focusing on promoting the National Tourism Year 2017 campaign.

On March 9, the contingent organized a press conference to introduce the Visit Asean@50 campaign.
