Vietnam among top 20 world’s best countries to travel

The annual award is based on readers’ votes on which countries have the best food, feature the best places to stay, and offer the most bang for your buck.

Vietnam ranked 20th place on the list, while Greece and Italy ranked first and second respectively.

Asian countries saw two other representatives appearing on the list, namely India and Thailand which ranked seventh and ninth, respectively.

Other rankings on the list are the US, South Africa, France, Spain, India, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Canada, Argentina, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Ireland and Japan.
