VOV.VN - Vietnam Airlines has been voted by consumers as one of the 10 best brands in Vietnam and the most introduced brand this year, according to information released by international research and data analytics firm YouGov.
This marks the fourth consecutive year that Vietnam Airlines has made this prestigious list, with it being the only local carrier among the rankings.
Through interviews held with Vietnamese consumers from September 2021 to September 2022, the ranking is based on consumers' assessment of key criteria such as overall impression, product quality, service, value for money, satisfaction, level of recommendation, and business reputation.
Le Hong Ha, general director of Vietnam Airlines, revealed that the carrier is proud to be the only representative in the aviation industry among the 10 brands as selected by YouGov.
The voting therefore confirms consumers' trust and support for the Vietnam Airlines brand, Ha said, noting that the airline will further improve the service quality in order to provide passengers with a great flight experience.
This year has seen Vietnam Airlines continue to promote its strength with a wide flight network and the largest and most modern fleet of wide-body Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft in the country.
Most notably, the carrier has deployed an "Excellent Experience” on the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City route, while simultaneously elevating Vietnamese tourism, culture, and cuisine through publications, videos, and in-flight meals.
This year, the carrier has continuously received several prestigious awards both domestically and internationally, including the world's leading cultural airline, Asia's Leading Airlines for the Services in Economy class and Asia's Leading Airline Brand by World Travel Awards 2022.
