Vietnam Airlines adjusts flight schedule due to typhoon Mitag
VOV.VN - The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has announced that it is making adjustments to the schedules of flights to and from Taoyuan airport in Taipei on September 30, 2019.
As a result, Vietnam Airlines will push back the departure time on two flights coded VN570 and VN573 between Ho Chi Minh City and Taipei and flight coded VND578 from Hanoi to Taipei by between eight and nine hours.
Affected passengers will receive assistance from the airline’s existing regulations while the carrier will continue to closely monitor the weather situation and update passengers with regard to the latest information about the typhoon.
The airline has advised all passengers who plan to travel to and from airports affected by typhoon Mitag in Taipei, Taiwan (China), Busan and Seoul in the Republic of Korea, in addition to Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Changzhou in China, to regularly monitor weather conditions and check information released by the carrier.

Alternatively, passengers can contact ticketing offices nationwide, or Customer Care Center at 1900 1100 to get updated information on changes made to the flight schedule.
