Due to the effects of strong winds hitting Da Lat, Vietnam Airlines have also adjusted their flight schedule on all flights heading to Da Lat that land after 17:30 on August 6.
This will largely affect flights VN1577 and VN1576 on the Hanoi-Da Lat route which will be delayed by two hours and 45 minutes. Furthermore, flights VN7382 and VN7283 on the HCM City-Da Lat route will be one hour and 15 minutes slower than usual.
A representative from Vietnam Airlines said that the airline will continue to keep passengers updated on the latest information about flights and the weather forecast.
Passengers who planned to travel to and from the affected airports in Busan and Seoul in the RoK, Nagoya and Osaka in Japan, and Da Lat, are being urged to regularly keep up-to-date with information regarding the weather forecast from the airline.
Passengers have been advised to go to the airline’s website at www.vietnamairlines.com, or its Facebook page at www.facebook.com/VietnamAirlines, call the customer service call centre at 1900 1100, or visit ticket agents nationwide to learn about further adjustments to the flight schedule.
