Vietjet opens five new international routes

VOV.VN - Budget carrier VietjetAir has opened five new international routes, including Hanoi-Hong Kong (China), Phu Quoc-Taipei (China) and Busan of the Republic of Korea, and Ho Chi Minh City- Adelaide and Perth of Australia in a bid to fully meet passengers’ travel demands.

According to the additions, the routes connecting Hanoi and Hong Kong (China) will be launched from December 22, with seven return flights running each week.

The flights will depart from Hanoi at 8:55 a.m. and arrive in Kochi at 11:50 a.m. (local time), while those from Hong Kong (China) to Hanoi will take off at 12:50 p.m. (local time) and land at 13:50 p.m.

Hanoi is the fourth Vietnamese city to be linked by air with Hong Kong (China) by Vietjet, after Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc.

The routes connecting Phu Quoc and Busan of the Republic of Korea will open to serve passengers from December 10, with seven return flights running per week, while the routes connecting Phu Quoc and Taipei (China) will be operational from January 17 with four return flights per week on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Specifically, the route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and both Perth and Adelaide in Australia, will run five return flights per week.

Flights from Ho Chi Minh City will take off at 6:35 a.m. (local time) before landing in Perth at 14:20 p.m. (local time), and then continue to Adelaide, where flights will land at 21:10 p.m. (local time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

In the opposite direction, flights departing from Adelaide at 7:25 a.m. (local time) will land in Perth at 8:55 (local time). From there they will depart from Perth at 9:55 a.m. (local time) and land in Ho Chi Minh City at 15:40 p.m. (local time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

In addition, Vietjet is also offering promotional tickets priced from zero VND (excluding taxes and fees) from October 2 to October 10.

Flight tickets on these new routes are available for purchase on the website www.vietjetair.com, the Vietjet Air mobile app, booking offices, and agents worldwide.
