VietJet increases flight routes to Taiwan and Hong Kong (China)

VOV.VN - Vietnamese budget airline VietJet Air has announced a plan to increase the number of flights between Vietnam and Taiwan and Hong Kong (China) to 99 flights per week from October 27 onwards.

Specifically, the flights connecting Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi to Taipei will rise to two per day. On the route from Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi to destinations Taichung and Kaohsiung, VietJet has also planned to raise flights to seven per week.

The new flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Taipei will depart Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 1 a.m. (local time) and arrive at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport in Taipei at 5:25 a.m. (local time).

The return flight from Taipei to Ho Chi Minh City is scheduled to depart at 6:25 a.m. (local time) and arrive in the southern city at 8:50 a.m. (local time).

On the Hanoi-Taipei route, passengers will leave from Noi Bai International Airport in the capital at 7:35 a.m. and land at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport in Taipei at 11:10 a.m. (local time). The return flight will see the airline depart from Taipei at midday and arrive in Hanoi on 2:10 p.m.

Hong Kong (China) in October is the ideal time of year for tourism activities. VietJet will offer many options to meet increasing travel demand between the country and the Chinese territory, with flights from Phu Quoc and Da Nang to Hong Kong to have frequency of seven flights per week.

VietJet is now one of the Vietnamese airlines to have the most routes between Vietnam and Taiwan, with nine air routes and 81 round-trip flights per week, as well as three air routes to Hong Kong with 18 round-trip flights per week.

Passengers can easily fly from the country to China and other VietJet international routes, with tickets priced from VND0 every Friday on the website www.vietjetair.com and the VietJet Air mobile app from now until December 31.
