Vietjet Air takes the lead in stimulating tourism demand in 2015

(VOV) - Vietnam’s second low-cost airline Vietjet Air has been honoured as the leading enterprise in stimulating HCM city’s inbound tourism demand in 2015. 

Vietjet Air has cooperated with HCM City Tourism Association to offer 20% - 90% discount on fares for inbound tours on all of its routes.

Last year, Vietjet Air sold nearly 500,000 tickets to travel agencies. It expects to further cooperate with the HCM City Tourism Association to develop inbound and outbound tourism in 2016.

Currently, Vietjet Air is operating a fleet of 31 A320 and A321 and conducting nearly 200 flights each day. It has transported more than 20 million passengers on over 44 air routes to all destinations in Vietnam and to Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Myanmar.
