Trophy-shaped flower takes pride of place in Hanoi’s Long Bien garden

VOV.VN - The owner of a garden in Long Bien District, Hanoi, has made public a trophy-shaped flower.
The design commemorates the success of the Vietnamese national football team in 2018 which culminated with their victory in the AFF Suzuki cup and aims to encourage the Vietnamese national team at this year’s international tournaments. |
The garden owner named his project “Toi Yeu Viet Nam” (I love Vietnam) which is designed in a 3,000 square meter garden, including a trophy and three national flags comprised of flower. |
The three national flags have been made from more than 70,000 different kinds of flowers. |
Daisies were the key flowers in creating the images. |
Created from a total of 7,000 flowers, a boat-shaped flower is also on display. The message behind it is the Vietnamese team can go as far as a boat at sea. |
Decorative items have also been set up surrounding the project. |
It took 15 workers two months to complete the project. |
The garden will open for visitors between January and April this year. |
