Tourism space designated as ‘Signature Display’ at Autumn Fair2025

VOV.VN - At the first Autumn Fair 2025, the tourism space organized by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) featured participation from numerous localities, destinations, travel agencies, accommodation providers, transportation companies, showcasing attractive promotional programmes and discounted tours.

The first Autumn Fair 2025 is organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, under the direction of the Prime Minister, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee, and other ministries, sectors, and localities. The fair is the largest ever held in Vietnam, covering a total area of 130,000 m², with 3,000 standard booths, bringing together 2,500 domestic and international units, businesses, and organizations.

According to the organisers, the fair has attracted an average of 100,000 visitors per day, the highest among domestic trade promotion events. The scale and number of visitors far exceeded previous fairs, demonstrating the strong appeal of Vietnamese products and consumer confidence in domestic goods.

At the first Autumn Fair 2025, the tourism space organised by the VNAT attracted a large number of locals and visitors. This area was designed with a strong national identity, harmoniously blending tradition and modernity. A large LED screen was set up, continuously showing spectacular tourism videos of famous landmarks such as Ha Long Bay, Hoi An Ancient Town, Mu Cang Chai terraced rice fields, Phu Quoc Island, etc. along with unique services and destinations in Vietnam.

At this tourist area, visitors can experience many interesting activities, learn about traditional crafts, and enjoy regional specialties. In particular, the tourist consultation area features leading Vietnamese travel companies such as Best Price Travel, Flamingo Redtours, Vietravel, and Trang An Travel which introduce discounted tours, promotional programmes, and provide information about new domestic and international destinations.

According to tourism businesses, the first Autumn Fair 2025 attracted a large number of visitors with diverse age groups, tastes, and needs, making it an ideal opportunity to survey the market and direct the business in the future. Observations at the fair showed that short-term travel trends such as winter and the 2026 Lunar New Year drew much interest from tourists, especially tours to see snow or celebrate the New Year in Japan, the Republic of Korea, and China.

Bui Thanh Tu, Marketing Director of BestPrice Travel, said: “The fair attracts a record number of visitors, creating an opportunity for businesses to meet the demand of tourists. The great interest in wellness and health-focused tours shows that the travel trends of Vietnamese people are changing positively, towards a more balanced and higher-quality experience. Therefore, BestPrice will continue to develop tourism products that suit this trend in 2026.”

For Flamingo Redtours, the first Autumn Fair 2025 is also an opportunity for the company to meet and exchange ideas with tourism management agencies in several provinces and cities such as Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Gia Lai, Cao Bang and Tuyen Quang. They seek to sign strategic cooperation agreements with localities to develop products, promote communication and advertising, train high-quality human resources, and support MICE tourism groups with large numbers of tourists.

The tourism booth area also features folk art performances and traditional handicraft experiences, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere that helps visitors gain a deeper understanding of the diverse cultural beauty across different regions of the country. It not only gives a chance to promote the image of Vietnam and its people but also contributes to stimulating tourism.

With meticulous and creative preparation, the tourism space at the first Autumn Fair 2025 truly became an impressive destination, drawing locals and tourists alike. At the closing ceremony, the booth of the VNAT, along with 29 other localities, units, and businesses, received the "Outstanding exhibition space" award at the fair.
