Tourism promotion programme in Czech Republic
VOV.VN - A Vietnam tourism promotion programme organised by the embassy in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism in the Czech Republic was launched on February 19 by the Vietnam Embassy.
The event is expected to draw roughly 100 officials and representatives from the host country’s travel and aviation agencies, as well as around 50 Vietnamese officials, businessmen and artists.
Within the framework of the programme, the biggest ever tourism promotion seminar in the Czech Republic will be planned on March 14 in addition to a string of promotional activities including performances featuring ethnic minority cultures, as well as Vietnamese cultural days.
Organisations and individuals are set to take part in cultural exchange activities hosted by Czech representatives aiming to promote Vietnam’s image to the locals.
Vietnam Ambassador to the Czech Republic Truong Manh Son said with a coastline of about 3,200 km, Vietnam boasts great potential for tourism promotion to Czech people while the European country has no beaches.
