Tickets on HCM City-Hanoi route sold out
VOV.VN - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines announced on its official website that tickets on Ho Chi Minh City–Hanoi air route from October 12 to October 19 have now been sold out.
It also added that flights on the route on October 20 are also almost full, with only business class tickets available worth VND7.6 million, tax included.
Tickets for later flights from October 22 are still available, with a one-way ticket being priced at over VND3.5 million each, tax included.
Furthermore, tickets for flights on the Hanoi-Da Nang route also sold out for October 10 to October 11, with passengers able to book tickets from October 13 at a price of VND5 million each.
Moreover, budget airline Vietjet Air is selling tickets on the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City route at a price of between VND2,650,000 and VND3,600,000, tax not included. In addition, the price of tickets on the Hanoi-Da Nang route on October 13 are VND289,000, VND809,000, and VND2,1 million, respectively.
A one-way ticket from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City on a Bamboo Airways flight on October 15 costs over VND1.2 million.
This comes after the Government approved a pilot reopening of several domestic air routes from October 10 to October 20, with further adjustments being made later.
Aviation authorities have therefore decided to restart flights on 19 routes. Until October 20, there will be one return flight daily on all the routes, including the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City route.
