Spring flower festival proves to be a hit in Ninh Binh during first days of Tet
VOV.VN - The spring flower festival enjoyed its debut held in Bai Dinh flower valley in the northern province of Ninh Binh. Thousands of Orchidaceae flowers and other special varieties of flower in full bloom were on display, attracting large numbers of visitors during the first days of the Lunar New Year.

| The spring flower festival opened on February 5 in Bai Dinh flower valley close to the Bai Dinh pagoda in Gia Sinh commune of Gia Vien district in Ninh Binh. The festival is set to continue until March 20. |

| Covering an area of nearly 15 hectares, the spring flower festival has been divided into indoor and outdoor areas for guests to visit. |

Artisans use flowers to portray different themes including Buddhism, a traditional Tet holiday in Vietnam,and bamboos. Throughout the displays the traditional values of Vietnam are on show. |
