Mui Ne among world’s top 5 destinations for hot air balloon ride
VOV.VN - Mui Ne, a coastal fishing town in the southcentral province of Bình Thuan, has been named among the top five best destinations for a magical hot air balloon ride, according to booking.com.
The travel site notes that Mui Ne, a locality 22km away from Phan Thiet, is largely famous for the unspoiled beauty of the ‘flying sand dunes’, whilst it is the only locality nationwide that offers a hot air balloon ride over its desert area.
“The hot air balloon ride starts as early as 5 a.m. for the early birds to catch the magnificent scene that is as red as though visitors are transferring to a trip to Mars,” says booking.com.
It also suggests that visitors partake in must-try activities in Mui Ne by taking a Half-Day Sand Dunes Jeep Tour, which features lots of exciting activities on the Red Sand Dune, as well as visiting a fishing village to explore the local way of life in Mui Ne.
Four other amazing destinations for hot air balloon rides were Napa Valley of the United States, Siem Reap of Cambodia, Gstaad of Switzerland, Yarra Valley of Australia, and Albuquerque in the US.
