More than 50 highlight events planned for Enjoy Danang Festival 2026
VOV.VN - Enjoy Danang Festival 2026 is scheduled to run from July 22 to 26, bringing more than 50 cultural, sports, entertainment and tourism activities to venues across the central coastal city, under a plan recently announced by the Da Nang People’s Committee.
The festival is designed to create a signature tourism product, promote the city’s image and stimulate summer tourism demand in 2026, while reinforcing Da Nang’s position as “Asia’s Leading Festival and Event Destination.”
Main activities will be staged at East Sea Park, Hoai River Square and several well-known beaches, including My Khe, Pham Van Dong, Man Thai, Nam Xuan Thieu, An Bang, Cua Dai, Tam Thanh and Tam Tien.
A key highlight will be the opening ceremony on the evening of July 23 at East Sea Park, featuring live music performances, light shows, lion-dragon dances and appearances by popular singers and bands.
The festival will feature activities ranging from sunrise yoga and eco-trekking tours in Son Tra to beach sports and adventure events such as SUP racing, beach volleyball, paragliding and surfing.
One of the festival’s major attractions will be the “Taste of Da Nang” culinary space, featuring around 60 to 70 booths showcasing local, regional and international cuisine, with seafood and summer beverages among the highlights.
Visitors will also be able to join the “Digital Journey to Explore Da Nang” through the festival’s mobile application, completing 10 check-in challenges at destinations across the city to receive gifts.
Traditional cultural activities will include craft village showcases, handicraft workshops, marine art exhibitions, interactive games, and Hoi An Creative Week, which will feature art programmes, discussions, night street activities and folk performances.
Alongside the festival, Da Nang will launch a series of summer tourism programmes running from June to August 2026 along with various tourism promotion campaigns.
The city also plans to intensify promotional efforts for the festival through digital platforms, social media, airports, railway stations, airlines, and collaborations with KOLs and travel TikTok creators to expand international and domestic tourism outreach.
