Malaysian famtrip delegation surveys tourist attractions in Vietnam
VOV.VN - A famtrip group consisting of over 30 travel firms in Malaysia scoped out tourist attractions in the central localities of Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam on June 17-18.
The famtrip delegation visited a number of the historical relic sites in Thua Thien Hue, including the Complex of Hue Monuments, Thien Mu Pagoda, and Dong Ba market.
It also enjoyed sampling Hue cuisine, listening sweet melodies of Ca Hue on a boat trip or exploring Hue ancient city at night.
The event offered a good opportunity for the local tourism industry to introduce popular tourist attractions in order to attract more international tourists to the city, especially those from ASEAN member states.
The activity has been part of a program to strengthen tourism connectivity among the three localities of Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang and Quang Nam.
According to the schedule, the Malaysian famtrip group will visit other tourist attractions in the central city of Da Nang and the ancient town of Hoi An in Quang Nam.
