Hot-air balloon festival takes to skies to welcome Tourism Year 2023

Starting early in the morning, thousands of local people and tourists converged on Doi Duong beach to watch the hot air balloons take to the skies. The organisers arranged 25 colourful hot-air balloons in place for visitors to view and take photos from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., as well as from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The National Tourism Year 2023, themed "Binh Thuan - Green convergence" will be held in Phan Thiet city on March 25.

The nation’s biggest annual tourism event will provide opportunities to attract both domestic and international tourists through the promotion of images, tangible and intangible cultural values, natural resources, as well as the development of linkages between various localities.
