Hanoi (Vietnam), a destination for those who love light, poetic beauty, and the ancient appeal of time, is placed in 31st position, outperforming other major Asian destinations like Bangkok (40th), Mumbai (43rd), Kuala Lumpur (68th), and Dubai (73rd).

Moreover, the Telegraph also released regional rankings, including the top 10 cities in Europe, the Americas, and “the rest of the world.” Impressively, the same Vietnamese city also landed 10th place in the category of top cities outside Europe and the Americas.
