“Get on Hanoi 2024” programme to attract more tourists to capital city
VOV.VN - A programme with the theme of “Get on Hanoi 2024” will take place from March 9 to March 10 at the creative space of Tay Ho district in Hanoi, with the event set to draw crowds of visitors.
The highlight of the occasion will be a performance featuring hundreds of drones which will light up Hanoi’s sky. The dazzling display is expected to offer wonderful experiences to participants.
The show will depict the beautiful stories and images of Vietnamese culture and the famous scenic spots found throughout the capital.
The “Get on Hanoi 2024” programme will kick-start a series of more than 50 events that will take place around Hanoi this year such as a tourism festival, a tourism gift festival, an autumn festival, a food and craft village tourism festival, and an Ao Dai festival.
The capital has set a goal of welcoming around 27 million arrivals, including 5.5 million foreigners, with total tourism revenue of VND103 trillion, up 11.1% on-year.
