First Vietnamese terminal achieves four-star international standard

VOV.VN - Da Nang International Terminal has officially become the first and only terminal in Vietnam to receive a four-star rating from SkyTrax, said Do Trong Hau, deputy general director of Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (AHT).

Da Nang is one of the 23 airports in Asia to meet the four-star standards, while eight airports throughout Asia have been recognised as five-starred service providers by SkyTrax, said Hau.

Since 2019, Da Nang International Terminal has synchronously upgraded its infrastructure and technology, and strived to optimise the passenger service to reach the four-star standards.

SkyTrax is a global, independent, and leading assessment organisation on service quality of airlines and airports. Its score is also viewed as a global standard in assessing service quality, with survey items and the rate of difficulty continuously increasing each year.
