Crowds cram the walking street in Hue City

VOV.VN - The opening of a new pedestrian street in Phu Hoi ward in the city of Hue has proved popular with local residents and visitors filling the street when it opened to the public for the first time on September 29. 

Crowds gather at the pedestrian street in the roads of Pham Ngu Lao, Chu Van An and Vo Thi Sau in Phu Hoi ward. The street begins operating from 6pm to 2am on Fridays and Saturdays and from 6pm to 12pm on Sundays. 

Plenty of tourists are also in attendance. This is the second pedestrian friendly street in Hue City after Nguyen Dinh Chieu walking street along the Huong River.

Street vendors are allowed to serve local cuisine to visitors.
