Airlines offer discount tickets in summer

Jetstar Pacific will supply more than 100,000 tickets at zero VND (excluding fees) on May 30-31 to mark its 10th founding anniversary. It will also offer air fares at zero VND at 12-2am on May 23-25 for domestic flights departing on August 1 - December 31.

Vietnam Airlines sells tickets at VND299,000 (excluding fees and taxes) for Hanoi-Dong Hoi flights while Air Asia reduces 50% of prices for flights to Bangkok. Booking time is from now to May 28 for flights departing now till November 30.

Hongkong Air offers promotional return tickets priced from VND2.4 million for economy class (including taxes and fees). Booking time is from now to December 31 for flights from July 20 to December 31. 

Malindo Air supplies single tickets at US$49 from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to tourist destinations in Asia and the Pacific, for example HCM City to Kuala Lumpur (US$49), HCM City to Langkawi, Kuching, and Bali (US$69) and from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur and Penang (US$69).

American Airlines has launched a promotional campaign for flights from HCM City to Los Angeles. An economy-class ticket costs US$345 while a business-class ticket is US$2,199 (excluding taxes and fees).
