VOV.VN - The Ha Long Carnival kicked off in the Bai Chay and Hon Gai tourist areas in the northern province of Quang Ninh on April 28. The colourful event proved to be a hit among those in attendance with a vibrant atmosphere and a variety of different cultural activities.
