VOV, BIDV sign comprehensive cooperation agreement

At the signing ceremony, BIDV and VOV leaders affirmed that both sides will elevate their relationship to strategic partnership level in order to ensure long-term and sustainable cooperation, fully tap their potential, accelerate growth, diversify business activities and improve competitive edge.

Chairman of the Management Board of BIDV, Tran Bac Ha said VOV’s information has always been authoritative, reliable and effective.

Meanwhile, VOV General Director Nguyen Dang Tien emphasised that with four forms of media including broadcasting, television, printed and online, VOV has strived to become the leading multimedia agency in Vietnam to disseminate in-depth information to people of all social strata.

They affirmed that the event offered a good opportunity for VOV and BIDV to promote their advantages to effectively implement their development strategies, contribute to accelerating national economic development, and actively carrying out the Party guidelines and State policies in the coming period.

Under the signed agreement, VOV will give priority to the use of BIDV banking services, and cooperative programs in development investment, import-export activities and capital management.

VOV will actively support BIDV in promoting its trademark, products and services in all VOV channels.

In turn, BIDV committed to creating favourable conditions for VOV and its subsidiary units to use BIDV services in the most favourable and effective manner and will give VOV credit packages at preferential and competitive interest rates. According to Tran Bac Ha, BIDV will provide VOV with a loan of VND200 billion at preferential interest rates.
