TWO Residence in heart of Gamuda Gardens open for sale

On July 9, developer Gamuda Land Vietnam is going to launch apartments in The TWO Residence at the club house in Gamuda Gardens for sale.

The TWO Residence is among the few recently launched projects in Hanoi that attract attention from buyers. Located in the middle of Gamuda Gardens, The TWO Residence has a total area of 74,000 square metres and consists of two L-shaped towers with 27 and 30 floors, respectively.

The TWO Residence meets the demand of all inhabitants, offering a three-level car park, a mall on the ground floor, a garden on the fifth, a playground and a swimming pool for children, and a green space for the community on the 27th floor.

The TWO Residence has a variety of apartments in terms of size and orientation. Each apartment has at least two facets with windows, with areas ranging from 37 to 127.5 square metres, and types ranging from one-bedroom studio apartments to three-bedroom apartments.
