Exports to Algeria up 29% in 7 months
VOV.VN - Exports to Algeria increased by 29% to almost US$209 million in the first seven months of this year, according to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.
Algeria is Vietnam’s second largest importer in Africa.
However, exports to the African market in July just reached US$19 million, half the value in June as the Algerian government has implemented measures to reduce the trade deficit, such as temporarily stop importing 24 kinds of products and impose technical barriers on seafood products and quotas on many others.
