Danang tops competitiveness index

VOV.VN - The central city of Danang has topped the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) for the third consecutive year in a row. 

The Vietnam Chamber of Industry and Trade (VCCI) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) unveiled the results on March 31 in Hanoi.

Following Da Nang were the Mekong Delta province of Dong Thap and the northern province of Quang Ninh and Lao Cai in second and third place, respectively.

HCM City ranked in sixth place while Hanoi ranked 24th.

The PCI results were based on a survey of 10,000 private businesses.
