The 20th theory seminar between the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the Communist Party of China (CPC) was held in the northern province of Ninh Binh on November 12 under the theme “The path and practice of socialism in the 21st century.”

The Party and State always treasure and highly value the role and position of the youth, considering them a big social force, a mainstay and a future owner of the country, and one of the factors behind the success of national industrialisation, modernisation, international integration, and socialism building.

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong’s article “Several theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the pathway toward socialism in Vietnam” has proven that building socialism is a sound decision suitable with reality in the country by the CPV.
