“Mua do” (Red Rain) produced by the People’s Army Cinema has received enthusiastic applause from international audiences at the “Vietnam Film Week – The Journey of Light”, which is undeway at the Le Grand Rex cinema in Paris.

“Mua do” (Red Rain), directed by Dang Thai Huyen, has won the Golden Lotus Award for feature film – the most prestigious category of the Vietnam Film Festival, at the 24th edition of the event, which closed in Ho Chi Minh City on November 25.

Movie lovers are in for a treat as the first Autumn Fair 2025 rolls out the red carpet for three highly appreciated Vietnamese film crews, Mua do (Red Rain), Tu chien tren khong (Hijacked) and Mui pho (The Scent of Pho), at an exclusive fan meet-and-greet event on November 2 at the Vietnam Exposition Centre (VEC) in Hanoi.
