Ahead of Cambodia’s traditional Choul Chnam Thmey New Year 2026, the Vietnamese Embassy in the country has organised a humanitarian outreach programme providing free medical examinations, health consultations, medicines and charity gifts to disadvantaged residents in Peam Ro district of Prey Veng province.

An annual programme to provide free medical examination, consultation, and medicine to people in the central province of Quang Ngai was kicked off on January 15.
