Vietnam saw a strong increase in fuel imports in the first two months of this year amid global energy uncertainty triggered by spiralling Middle East tensions.
VOV.VN - The country shipped abroad 1.76 million tonnes of crude oil worth a total of US$1.16 billion during the past seven months of the year, up 19.7% in volume but down 10.4% in value on-year, according to the General Department of Vietnam Customs.

Total state budget collection in the first ten months of 2021 fulfilled about 90.9% of the estimate and was up 5.5% year-on-year, showed data released by the Ministry of Finance’s Department of State Budget.
