Swedish film director Bo Öhlén has received the insignia “For the cause of culture, sports and tourism” from the Vietnamese Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting Vietnam’s history and culture through the documentary Victory Vietnam.
