Vietnam attaches great importance to the fight against corruption, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh affirmed during a meeting on December 3 with a visiting delegation from Russia's Presidential Civil Service, Personnel and Anti-Corruption Directorate led by Aide to the Russian President Dmitry Mironov.

Vietnamese Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang hosted a reception in Hanoi on February 25 for Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of Kazakhstan Zhumagali Askhat, during which he urged boosting bilateral cooperation in combating crimes, particularly corruption-related crimes.
