Top legislator urges thorough, timely preparations for elections in Nghe An
National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man, who also serves as Chairman of the National Election Council, has urged Nghe An to ensure voter lists are compiled “accurately, fully, properly and on schedule”, given the central province's large size and diverse conditions.
General election preparations: 3,320 communes, wards apply voter-list software
As of now, 3,320 out of 3,321 commune-level units nationwide have applied the software in voter list compilation, heard the national online conference on preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term on February 26.
