A special art programme titled “Hanoi – From the historic autumn of 1945” was held at the August Revolution Square on August 15 night, marking one of the prominent events hosted by the capital city to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).

As President of the United Nations Security Council in April 2021, Vietnam organised a high-level open debate on the role of regional organisations in promoting confidence-building and dialogue in conflict prevention and resolution on April 19 via both in-person and online forms.
