Bamboo Airways plans to gradually increase the frequency of regular international flights from the beginning of 2022, after receiving the permission from the Government.

VOV.VN - Vietnam is set to reopen regular international flights in two phases, with the first connecting the country to nine markets, said Vo Huy Cuong, deputy head of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam at a seminar on December 16 to seek solutions for the reopening of international routes.

The Ministry of Transport (MoT) has sent a proposal on measures needed to be taken for the resumption of regular international flights to the Government’s Office, according to Deputy Minister Le Anh Tuan said.

VOV.VN - National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will work in co-ordination with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to launch a pilot scheme for the digital health app IATA Travel Pass, with the project set to get underway on June 1.
