Ambassador Vu Le Thai Hoang, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations and other international organisations in Vienna, has underscored Vietnam’s commitment to advancing multilateralism, building consensus, and ensuring a balanced approach to the three pillars of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).

VOV.VN - Vietnam's consistent policy is to support international efforts to combat proliferation through comprehensive and thorough disarmament, especially with regard to nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction.

VOV.VN - Vietnam supports the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) and will work closely alongside other countries to ensure the treaty will take effect soon.
