The Vietnam National Museum of History on January 6 opened an exhibition entitled “Spring – The Dawn of Victory” as part of activities welcoming the 14th National Party Congress and marking major national anniversaries that trace their origins to pivotal springs in the country’s revolutionary history.

Amnesty is a special act of clemency by the State, decided by the State President, granting early release to individuals serving fixed-term or those initially sentenced to life imprisonment but later reduced to fixed terms on major national anniversaries or under special circumstances.
