VOV.VN - The impact of the race for the COVID-19 vaccine on international relations both globally and domestically took centre stage at a scientific forum held by the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS) on January 12 in Hanoi.
The Vietnamese community abroad has donated more than VND3 billion (US$130,264) to the National COVID-19 Vaccine Fund and pandemic prevention and control activities at home.
The Vietnamese Consulate General in Fukuoka city, in the Japanese prefecture of the same name, raised a total of JPY7.65 million (US$69,600) from August 21 to September 15, in support of Vietnam’s national COVID-19 vaccine fund.
